TICKET TO PAȘCANI is the first service-learning project of the SPECIAL IMPACT CLUB, a project carried out in partnership with MEDIALEX FILM, Mrs. Mărioara Preutu and Mr. Petru Padurariu, a plastic artist.
The aim of the project is to promote the cultural-religious values of Pașcani and its surroundings through a permanent photo-documentary exhibition on display and the film „Pașcanii în oglinda timpului” (conceived and made within our project) which will be played on a TV screen in the town’s train station hallway where the ticket office is located.
The space chosen for that is the entrance to our town so it is easily accessible for both travellers and members of our community.
The SPECIAL IMPACT CLUB is not an association or a foundation, but an extracurricular programme that has been around since September 2019 under the tutelage of the Special Secondary School and The “Noi Orizonturi” Foundation. It is a club established by the community’s imitative, made up of students from local high schools.
The SPECIAL IMPACT CLUB was established in partnership with the “Noi Orizonturi” Foundation, which trained the club’s leaders, teachers Oana Monica PLAIU and Alina Mihaela TĂTARU, through the “Impact Academy” programme.
The IMPACT programme is one of the many programmes of the “Noi Orizonturi” Foundation that have grown and developed in Romania since 2002. It combines education and learning through experience and gives the teenagers the opportunity to make a change in their communities.
